HATTIESBURG, Miss.–Another arrest was made in the murder of two Hattiesburg police officers. The Miss. Bureau of Investigation announced Wednesday afternoon that they charged Abram “Pete” Franklin, 29, of Hattiesburg, with obstruction of justice.
